Dunkle Frucht, Holunder und Holunder-Confi, Lakritze und exotische Würznoten: Zimt, Vanille und Sezchuan-Pfeffer. im Ansatz sehr frisch wegen der saftigen Säure, dazu spürbares, etwas grobmaschiges Tannin, das zum Stil aber durchaus passt. Zum Barbecue und idealerweise zu Fleisch aus dem Smoker.
