Wine festival- Nyon

Intro

The wine festival is a free event which proposes various animations in different locations in Nyon, particulary in front of the castle.

The wine festival was created in 2011 by the young La Côte International Chamber, who contributes to bring life to the town of Nyon every year in October. This event is planned to bring together the public, who can participate in the harvest, winemakers and the communes in the district (who are the tenants of La Duche vineyard). This popular event is free and people enjoy being together.Every year, numerous animations are planned, of which local products’ degustations, free grape must, demonstration of an old wine press, meetings with winemakers, concerts, and a rally.
