Helles Strohgelb. Expressiver Duft, Williamsbirne, gelber Apfel, etwas laktische Noten, Heublumen, getrocknete Blüten, helles Laub. Am Gaumen frisch und mit grüner Limette, Grapefruit, mineralische, salzige Noten, etwas Würze. Erfrischend und lebendig. Klingt rasch.
